We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Specialist in France to join us in the managing of the
mobility program.

Meaningful work you’ll
contribute
· Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in European countries,
to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not
limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, payroll, income tax, system
administration.
· Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for
escalation of issues related to international mobility and onboarding process.
· Offer feedback, advice and share the best practices to our
clients on their relocation process, local immigration process,
· Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for
information sourcing and documenting
· Maintain process documentation for the global mobility
department.
· Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals'
personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.
· Any other supporting tasks
required.
Valuable
experiences and skills you’ll bring to INS Global
· Bachelor’s degree or above.
· At least 1-years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
· Knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the European
countries or willing to learn.
· Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of
people at all levels in multiple countries.
· Strong commercial awareness and super hands-on attitude.
Problem-solving oriented.
· Excellent
communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
· Fluent in English. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
· Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround
times.
