Position Overview: As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be manual testing, but you will also have the opportunity to expand your skills in test automation. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to deliver top-notch software solutions. 



Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Advanced English ​
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on manual testing. 
  • Basic knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks. 
  • Proficiency in creating, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and test plans. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to systematically document and report defects. 
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira). 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  • ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications are a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test plans based on project requirements. 
  • Perform functional, regression, and usability testing to identify defects and verify bug fixes. 
  • Document and report software defects, ensuring clear and concise information for developers to reproduce and resolve issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality assurance standards are met. 
  • Assist in the design and implementation of automated test scripts using tools such as: Selenium and/or Postman. 
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify failures and report issues. 
  • Participate in test case reviews and provide input to enhance test coverage. 
  • Contribute to the maintenance and organization of test documentation and test environments. 
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and automation.
