HR & Finance Domain Specialist - Oracle Fusion HCM
Near Liverpool - remote is an option
Salary: £75,716 per annum
Employment type -  Fixed Term - This is a 12 month FTC, however it has the potential to be extended.

As a trusted member of the team, you will focus on the implementation of Oracle Fusion within People Services and the organisation. Working in partnership with an experienced 3rd party Oracle SI to implement the system.

The role involves working with and taking ownership of the end-end application delivery lifecycle. Establishing a technical centre of excellence for Oracle so as to realise value on this significant investment.

You will validate designs and configuration of Oracle Fusion on behalf of Riverside. Identifying and mitigating risks thought the project lifecycles. You will also need to collaborate with Solutions Architects and Test Analysts to ensure standards are met.


So, who are you?

We’re looking for someone with effective communication skills, able to communicate and influence at a senior level. A team player, you’ll need to work flexibly to meet business requirements. Ideally you’ll have previous technical SME experience of implementing Oracle Fusion HCM from the ground up

You’ll need experience with implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, Strong business and domain knowledge and experience of working with a structured project lifecycle, along with cradle-to-grave application ownership. Alongside HCM, we’d also like to extend our usage of Talent Management and Payroll, whilst also exploring the possibilities for Finance systems integration and process review.
