We're looking for a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Specialist to ensure that our people are operating at their best in a well-structured, high performance environment 💫

Someone who'll drive D&I initiatives within Revolut. An experienced and passionate individual who loves to grow and assist others to do same 🌱

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and taking ownership of the D&I road map, designing, implementing and managing D&I related programs

  • Developing and improving mechanisms to drive DEI initiatives

  • Leading and managing DEI projects and/or programs, from initiation through to execution, working collaboratively with cross functional partners and stakeholders

  • Identifying external trends and recognising best practice which will increase diversity among the workforce

  • Building relationships with senior leaders and ensuring active engagement, support of D&I initiatives, and integration into business

  • Keeping up to date in key developments/research in the field of D&I and act as a key point of expertise to colleagues and leaders

  • Reviewing the organisations workplace policies, training and procedures, ensuring all are inclusive

What you'll need

  • Business experience of driving change management in Diversity & Inclusion

  • Diversity & Inclusion Subject Matter Expert experience

  • Experience of building successful relationships, in advising business leaders and engaging cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience developing key success measures that drive impact

  • Experience with diversity content development and facilitation

  • Joy of helping others

  • Ability to explain complex things very easily

  • Ability to notice the small things and how they impact the global picture

Nice to have

  • Analytical Global knowledge of legislative DEI
