To excel as a Client Service Analyst, you will:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and issues.
- Build and leverage beneficial relationships internally.
- Effectively synthesize information both in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate resilience and sound judgment in addressing business challenges.
- Engage with clients in a service-oriented manner to address content deliverables.
- Possess strong project management and process skills.
- Collaborate effectively with virtual and diverse teams, including the Global Operations Center (GOC).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Learn and utilize various computer software, with a focus on MS Excel.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate parties as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage content delivery for clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support revenue growth through high-quality service delivery and data.
- Coordinate and execute ongoing analytic and ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate closely with clients to produce ad hoc reports and presentations for strategic and tactical applications.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to consult with client sales, category management, and brand and trade marketing groups.
- Identify and develop service opportunities with clients.
- Apply creativity in identifying new techniques and processes.
- Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with ITO and Delivery teams.
- Serve as a liaison with Global Operations Center teams.
- Ensure high-level coordination between Business Development and Client Insights (including GOC).
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct client-facing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and actions concurrently.
- Experience working with data and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management and process skills.
- Ability to engage with clients in a consultative manner when addressing content deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

**_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $61,000 to $75,000.
