Job Description

WSP is seeking a Field Technician to join our Pavement Group in Ontario, Canada . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the pavement group, including planning and conducting field investigations (borehole drilling, obtaining cores), collecting pavement condition data, and preparing reports. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with established safety standards. **

  • Help with pavement reporting
  • Maintain equipment and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the pavement group to achieve project goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of pavement testing and data collection techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license
