The Director, Merchandise Planning develop sales, margin and inventory strategy across organization including Finance and Supply Chain and work closely with category management team to deliver strategy. Aligns with FP&A for P&L management to better inform overall merchandising decisions This includes the day-to-day functions of the merchandise planning teams for assigned merchandise categories. Responsible for the development of Merchandise financial plans and revisions to maximize profitability and inventory productivity. Work closely with the Buying team, Merchandising Margin Management team, Replenishment team, Pricing team and PMO team.
