Job Description
Reporting to the EVDD Operations (Ops) Lead, you will be an integral part of the EVDD Ops Team. This team is responsible for driving transformation in the ways the EVDD organization works so that it is better equipped to thrive and be successful in the midst of the biggest change the automotive industry has ever seen: electrification, autonomous driving, and connected vehicles. The EVDD Ops Team is the epicenter for smart change across the :14,000-person EVDD organization, while also being at the cutting edge of Ford’s most strategic and advanced products. **
Responsibilities**
In addition to being a strategic thought partner to the Ops Lead and your team-mates, you will focus on: driving excellence in the goals/objectives drafting and tracking process, helping modernize and hone working norms and associated productivity tooling & systems, and owning e2e projects and programs aimed at evolving culture (i.e., the behaviors and experiences that lead the improved cost and quality). **
Qualifications**
The minimum requirements we seek
- A strategy & operations expert: minimum 8 years of experience working in business and product operations succeeding in assignments with high degree of complexity, ambiguity and company navigation.
- A change-management expert: experience driving large organizational, operational, and cultural transformations that lead to improved business outcomes.
- A deep-well of experience and perspectives: a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business; or equivalent industry experience at multiple tech and/or automotive companies.
- A love of data-driven decisions: minimum 3 years of experience with data analytics, data science, and/or data-driven root-cause analysis.
