The Opportunity**

The Marketing Communications Team, is responsible for bringing to life the brand and nameplate strategy through all external communications. With Ranger now the Number #1 selling vehicle in Australia, this an opportunity to be part of a high performing, diverse team at Ford Australia, in a hybrid working environment of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The role is integral to the wider marketing team, where a high level of collaboration and a bias for action is expected.

In addition the role represents a stepping stone in working at Ford Australia, where employees are regularly provided opportunities to work in other areas of marketing, including retail and product marketing, as well as roles within the broader Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) organisation. **

Key Responsibilities**

  • Support coordination and execution of the marketing communications strategies, programs and campaigns for Ford vehicles, development and execution of key brand campaigns from brief development to execution and post campaign analysis.
  • Work directly with our marketing agency teams, to support idea development and media execution across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Use available data to develop actionable, meaningful and rich consumer, product and segment insights to drive informed decision making aligned to business priorities.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date nameplate content, across all external platforms and channels, including ford.com.au and advertising campaign placements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and collateral from internal and external partners within agreed budgets.
  • The co-ordination and management of marketing budgets, campaign timelines, approval of marketing assets, presentations and reporting of nameplate performance aligned to business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of creative development process, role of stakeholders at each step of the journey and provide concise feedback
  • Proven ability to lead or co-ordinate a marketing campaign, from brief to execution with multiple stakeholders and defined objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights and present back to multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of integrated media plans and managing budgets.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to develop both creative media briefs, leveraging excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar
  • 3+ years marketing experience.
