Job description

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media metrics, email campaigns, and advertising campaigns.
  • Interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans based on data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Identify areas for optimization and improvement in marketing processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing research, market analysis, or consumer insights is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
