Job description

The primary focus of the Manager, Clinical Education and Program Implementation is to manage strategize, operationalize, and lead clinical programs which provide improved outcomes and better care to our patients. Additional functions include developing education for the professional services offered by our pharmacists, stimulating customer acquisition and retention, and strengthening our company's vision of being a Health and Wellness destination.

  • Execute the development and implementation of core clinical initiatives to provide profitable programs that improve customers' health and ensure pharmacists are whole being health experts.
  • Train and collaborate with the field leadership team and our corporate partners on the enhancements of the Rite Care tool and appropriate strategies for implementation and maintenance of opportunities to drive business goals/sales.
  • Track clinical performance across the chain to highlight areas for improvements and collaborate and communicate with field divisional leadership on the development of necessary tools and support for proper execution.
  • Maintain partnerships with the field leadership team and clinical vendors to implement and support programs to drive sales.
  • Develop ACPE programs to support clinical trainings in partnership with the learning and development team to maintain accreditation.
  • Review pending and approved state and federal regulations for interpretation and implementation related to clinical programs.
  • Research for clinical program opportunities and provide business proposals on additional clinical programs.
  • Frequent travel as required to Field market and Headquarters.

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $97,600 - $150,250

annually, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
