Sr QA Automation

We're looking for a Sr QA Automation (Cypress) to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product.This role will be responsible for design and implement tests, as well as defining corrective actions independently and will review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics along with conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. The goal is to verify that delivered products meet the company quality standards and client needs.

What are the main responsibilities of this role? - Decide appropriate automation framework based on the technology. - Test UI’s, API’s and Backends. - Test applications including developing test plans and test cases, and preparing test scenarios documents. - Write technical documentation on the business rules, acceptance criteria and system workflow - Develop high-quality code; well-designed and efficient. - Link client goals and business needs with an automation plan. - Understand business needs and goals, and prioritize based on them. - Active role to share their knowledge with other team members

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role? - Strong coding skills with different languages. - Intermediate framework design skills. - Intermediate knowledge in manual testing. - Strong knowledge in development methodologies. - Strong in communication with different players; team, client, managers. - Strong relationship-building skills. - Strong English skills. - Strong technical background, including different platforms, processes, and tools and basic knowledge of the web, mobile, and backend common challenges. - Intermediate leadership skills. - Intermediate knowledge on how to coach other team members and expand their knowledge.
