The main target of this position is the recruitment of international students according to process of International Sales Team (GGEG methodology) and in coordination with the Team Lead International Student Recruitment, through the following steps:
Monitor and nurture lead basis and applicants proactively, esp. considering the priorities given, with the clear ambition to qualify leads and create valid candidates
Needed actions: proactively call and inform new leads and applicants, based on the KPI standards, inquire about interest and preferences according to sales training provided and share information on course curriculum, scholarships, visa, fees, blocked account or as requested by student over phone and email. Connect with the applicant or agency counsellor to complete the student documents.
Attend fairs and events – online or in person, meet students or agents in person for campus visits and interviews Needed actions: Sharing brochures and information with leads on fairs (in person or online), school visits or on campus events, and collecting their contact details, accompany students - individually or in groups - and/or agents for campus visits when needed, support events organized by the Campus location, in person or online.
Support international leads and applicants through entire application and admission process incl. administrative Processes.
Needed actions: Guide students through the admission process: collecting the needed documents, check eligibility, organize final interviews, share details about artistic tasks and general knowledge test – when needed.
Inform the student about the admission process result, share payment plans in order to issue the contract; prepare invoice once the contract is signed, verify the payment with the administration, prepare final documents for the visa application (when needed). If necessary, inform students on the documents required for scholarship and help them complete the scholarship application.
Meet targets for contracts set by and discussed with Senior Manager International Sales.
Needed actions: monitor and check on a weekly basis the quality of data sets in SF and coordinate with Senior Manager International Sales to update wherever needed, make sure that all needed calls to new leads and applicants are made, weekly report the right numbers in the required format in terms of pipeline and ensure that SF is syncronized with the numbers reports, verify that the weekly numbers are in line with the expected targets and, if not, discuss with the Senior Manager International Sales possible alternative actions.
Extract country or course specific data from Salesforce reports to get the right segment for making out calls and email follow-ups with the help of training from Senior Manager International Sales; when the intake is closer, verify payments, visa processes and arrival timeline for students, so that the targets can be concretely met.
Support smooth handover of international students to location and make sure administration can support them. Needed actions: Direct any queries already coming up related to arrival and living in Germany to the right department, once students have signed & paid, send out email to the relevant offices for handover of a paid student ensuring that the student data and coversheet is correctly prepared, monitor visa progress of all students and share information regarding a particular embassy or country specific visa requirements with students.
Ensure all paid up students have got their visa in time and in case not, request for extensions with the Campus Director to ensure maximum number of students reach the campus on time. Proactively support the International Sales Team in agreement with the International Sales Manager, incl. administrative processes.
Needed actions: prepare and issue documents when needed, with particular attention to the India office, in
agreement with the Team Lead International Sales; check and verify Salesforce when required, with particular focus on reports and students´details in the database.
