Job Summary:

This role will report to the General Manager of Greater China. The primary focus is to develop National Commercial access strategy and commercial analysis scheme, support business to build strategic alliance with key stakeholders and maximize product access through close collaboration with both internal and external partners and develop distribution strategy to enable business success.

Essential Functions:

  • Select suitable distributors for improvement of the distribution landscape & phaseout distributors after following a scoring & evaluation.
  • Provide, as an operative function, business development support relevant functions, working close together with remaining, sales, marketing & service teams.
  • Set up the distributors’ KPI and manage the distributors performance to ensure fully awareness of compliance conscientious in commercial team.
  • Analysis and monitor the data impact (eg, to-market, in-market and inventory) to support the business decision and sustain company future development.
  • Develop and review the distributor assessment system and standardized service guideline and management requirement to distributors.
  • Lead distribution contract with related function, conducting business in full compliance to behavior in business and behavior in competition.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance to establish and implement the compliance regular training process for distributors and follow up global distributor audit.

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in medical device industry, selling medical equipment to respective segment, preferred
  • Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5 years and above working experience in relative working background in Medical Industry.
  • Contracts and pricing negotiation experience.
  • Experience in working with distributors through operational set-up, planning and process management and cross-functional project management.
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • Experience in handling, structuring & optimizing sales channels is preferred.
  • Specialties mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork skills in a diverse international and intercultural environment.
  • Results oriented and entrepreneurial attitude and behavior.
