Position: Sales Engineer

Area:  North East of Italy

Location: remote (North East Italy) and periodically work in Opera (MI) Sales Office

Business unit: Industrial Air filtration

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Area of competence:  North East Italy (Triveneto)
  • Customers profiles: End Users, OEM, Distributors, Resellers, MRO, Installers, Engineering
  • Industries: All
  • Organize, plan, manage and grow the sales of Equipment in Industrial Air Filtration
  • Optimize sales and profit consistent with Company policy and long-term objectives
  • Solve customer needs with technical driven solutions
  • Handle technical enquiries for the entire products portfolio and services
  • Utilize current Donaldson network to open new business opportunities
  • CRM management for assigned accounts

YOUR PROFILE

  • Residence in Triveneto area
  • Passion for sales, team player but also able to work independently
  • Technical Degree in Mechanics or Electro-Mechanics or equivalent through experience
  • Cooperative, willingness to interact and work with others, positive attitude
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in industrial sales
  • Markets knowledge
  • Familiar with organizing visits to customers
  • Flexibility to travel to ensure local presence and follow-up
  • Knowledge preferable of Industrial Air Filtration and/or metalworking
  • Commercial and sales driven. Ability to “open doors” and generate new business/opportunities
  • Strong communication skills in Italian and English
  • At least basic computer skills and ability to use the Office package
