- Support software development at the interface of the 3rd level support improvements to monitoring and technical processes within applications
- Design, create, and maintain scripts and development tools with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery
- Participate in planning and implementing automated deployments on Container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
