Senior PM with HRIS system workday – preference for workday implementation. Multimillion dollar budget – estimating, forecasting, and tracking skills are a must. Multiple PM's working together on different pieces. Collaborative environment, this will be heavily hit on in the interview process. Reports all the way to C suite. Status report, risk management and mitigation. Comm skills are very important. Personality: Roll up your sleeves and get in there project plans or even taking notes. This candidate will be involved in QA through user testing. Not really a hitting keys candidate but needs to be able to if something happens.
HCM suite - includes payroll. Migrating from a hodgepodge- ADP for payroll – icims for recruiting, home grown systems too Doesn't have to be super technical but need to speak technology.
