Job description

POSITION- Sr. Integrations Solutions Analyst /Solution Designer
LOCATION- REMOTE
DURATION- 6 month contract to hire
INTERVIEW TYPE-Video

  1. REQUIRED SKILLS-Interoperability Experience
  2. Hl7 experience with integration to EHRs
  3. EPIC Experience
  4. Cardiac experience preferred
Essential Functions:
  1. Lead in designing, specifying, and selecting an EHR solution for each client project during the commercial process or immediately post sale; consider workflow functionality, data, available EHR integration offerings, infrastructure, resource availability across teams
  2. Document project scoping, initial stakeholder planning, and timeline estimates for each project to share internally and with clients
  3. Work with Integration project manager and analyst as well as the commercial and customer success point of contacts to develop high level project schedule resource plans for implementation projects.
  4. Prepare business cases for EHR solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses (as applicable), development and support
  5. Partner with the organization to understand company and departmental strategy and agree on solutions to meet needs of clients and business objectives
  6. Maintain an awareness of business solutions particularly in the areas of collaboration, documentation, and CRM
  7. Investigate standards and EHR third-party programs offerings and published updates for future organizational and product enhancements specific to EHR
  8. Understand and support the application's software architecture design and support development team in developing business use cases for product EHR enhancements
  9. Lead the organization in discovery, documentation, and use knowledge of EHR solutions to drive organizational change and support business needs
  10. Project experience and share lessons learned effectively to improve the organizational memory
  11. Other assigned duties
