Duties/Day to Day Overview-Skills
Salesforce CPQ admin knowledge
Understand the core functionality of CPQ and be able to work on page layouts, use of field sets, etc.
Knowledge of setting up system rules and custom fields for validations and calculations
Designs, Develops, and implements software automation of complex business processes for internal customers and external interfaces using Salesforce.com technology such as Apex, Trigger, Aura components and LWC.
Experience in CPQ, Product & Pricing configuration, configuring bundle and quote process, Customizing CPQ application , Integration with different system such as ERP, Invoicing. (Steel Brick CPQ experience recommended)
Performs a key role in application design, custom development, technical documentation, testing, and tier-2 maintenance. Interacts with internal customer and analyst leads.
Conducts general user support, corrections, reporting and enhancements, while also playing a key role on larger projects.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency within an applied technical area, such as SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Informatica and Lightning framework to name a few.
Operates under minimal supervision, with latitude for decision making and cross-team communication. Acts as intermediate advisor.
