Your missions

Responsibilities Include
  • Collaborates with various teams to maintain ETRM and ERP SAP systems used to manage purchases and sales of fuel and ensure data integrity (SAP) to allow for timely and accurate customer fuel invoicing, fuel product scheduling and inventory, pricing, and P&L reporting.
  • Responsible for key components of the fuel order-to-cash process including monitoring, researching and resolving discrepancies for inbound and outbound data interfaces that allow electronic bill-of-lading and customer fuel invoices to successfully process.
  • Identifies, recommends and implements process improvement opportunities among cross-functional teams, creates process documentation to use in team training and for desk reference purposes.
  • Collaborates with various business functional and technical teams to recommend and prioritize SAP System enhancements to ensure the systems are efficiently supporting business processes.
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of SAP experience
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Vigorous attention to detail
  • Inquisitive attitude and curiosity for learning
  • Comfort with technology
  • Proactive action-oriented inclination
Preferred
  • Experience in SAP, Order to Cash, ETRM or ERP Systems.
  • Functional and technical knowledge related to refined fuel product commercial operations and/or related systems including Trading, Supply, Scheduling, Transportation.
  • Project management experience leading and implementing cross-functional projects related to systems and/or business processes.
