Job description

Title: Palo Alto Cortex XDR Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 month Contract
Location: Remote – Client is based in Simi Valley, CA

Description:

We are looking for a Palo Alto Cortex XD administrator.

· 5+ years' experience

· Required experience with supporting Endpoint software products (e.g., Cortex(palo Alto) XDR, Symantec Endpoint, Traps, McAfee Endpoint Security)

· Required strong experience with Windows OS, Linux OS and macOS based applications (Installation, Troubleshooting, Debugging)

· Experience with both Windows and MacOS

· Experience with batch scripting and Python is a plus

· Strong ability to independently troubleshoot, reproduce issues and identify possible workarounds in broad, complex, and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols required

· Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure a plus

· Knowledge of VDI (VMWare Horizon, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop) is a plus
