Role: IFS Field Service Management / IFS Service ManagementWork location: RemoteFull-time Permanent Role

Job Description:The IFS FSM Consultant will act as a consultant in Service Management and offer expertise to colleagues, partners, and the Customer. The consultant will bridge the gap between the Customer’s business requirements and the application with the ability to listen, dare to challenge, understand, advise, and guide the Customer in their usage of their IFS Products.Responsibilities** - Understanding customer business needs, industry and local Service Management drivers, practices, and policies, and guiding customers in the most effective usage of IFS products and industry accelerators - Acting as a trusted advisor and combining industry experience with IFS-leading practices to guide the Customer through the implementation of core IFS business solutions leading to customer success - Seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships as highly referenceable customers - Leading and owning the solution definition and scope for the Enterprise Asset Management portion of the IFS solution - Conducting customer training sessions and workshops - Guiding and assisting the Customer with testing and Go Live cut-over strategies - Keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance requirements of the Service Management domain in the key focus industries - Managing, coaching, and mentoring colleagues - Ability to work and communicate at the executive level

Required Skills:** - Proven ability to lead and influence teams, colleagues, customers, and partners - Ability to articulate and critically evaluate customer-specific business needs and solutions in a customer-facing role - Expertise in business process mapping and deployment - Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and strategic thinking - Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level - Ability to work independently and within a team setting - Fluent in English, both oral and written

Nice to Have Skills:** - Knowledge and implementation experience of other IFS products - Industry-specific knowledge from target industries
