Job description

We are a growing start-up company looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join our community. As an eCommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our community members in their online selling endeavors. You will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help them succeed in their eCommerce side hustles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist community members in setting up their online stores on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and others
  • Provide guidance on product sourcing, pricing, and inventory management
  • Offer advice on listing optimization and keyword research to improve search rankings
  • Help community members leverage social media and digital marketing strategies to promote their eCommerce businesses
  • Share knowledge and resources on eCommerce best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and share insights with the community
  • Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to community members

Requirements

  • Prior experience in eCommerce, online selling, or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Shopify
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to individuals
  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively explain complex concepts
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset
  • Passion for helping others succeed in their side hustles
