Role Overview:**

As Argano's Vice President of Demand Generation, you will be the driving force behind our marketing demand generation strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, your role will be central to planning, developing, and overseeing the implementation of demand generation and initiatives that resonate with our innovative services. You will be the vital link connecting our extensive client base and industry experts with the groundbreaking solutions Argano offers. Guiding our prospects through the funnel, you will work cross-functionally to bring programs, campaigns, and marketing initiatives to fruition. **

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a robust demand generation strategy, aligning it with Argano's business goals and technological specializations. Collaborating with sales leadership to prioritize campaigns and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional execution teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation across all channels.
    • Rapidly standardize processes and create a blueprint for conquering markets.
  • Customer Engagement and Experience:
    • Build strong customer relationships through tailored marketing initiatives and engagement programs.
    • Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:
    • Lead a dynamic content marketing strategy that displays Argano's expertise and leadership across high-performance business operations consulting and technology consulting.
    • Utilize various content formats to engage our targeted business personas.
    • Deep understanding of how various industries consume digital content successfully with high degree of thought leadership and strategy.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media: (integrate with)
    • Strategize with marketing online presence and lead generation using digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Engage with audiences on social media, positioning Argano as a thought leader in high performance business consulting & technology consulting.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing Digital BDR team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Focus on team skill enhancement to stay at the forefront of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
    • Build a successful fully functional BDR Team representing all Argano capabilities.
  • Collaboration, Analytics and Performance Measurement:
    • Collaborate with all business units on their BD strategy to ensure all requirements captured and met and preferably exceeded.
    • Possess a deep understanding of the sales cycles, nuances, and decision-making processes within targeted verticals.
    • This role collaborates with all CROs and Presidents to ensure the inter-tower business development processes are working in 100% coordination and compliance to the benefit of the business units.
    • Implement advanced analytics and performance measurement tools to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report to leadership results
    • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Innovation and Agility:
    • Stay updated with the latest Business development technologies and trends.
    • Experiment with innovative approaches to enhance demand generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ten years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing, specifically in a B2B and technology consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, set vision, and execute a business development strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven success in a dynamic, global organization.
  • Experience managing global operations with multi-country technology requirements.
  • Expertise in managing, mentoring, and recruiting top marketing talent.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a player/coach mentality.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot Integrated process, Outreach, and other ABM Platforms.
  • Passion for evangelizing marketing principles across various stakeholder groups.
  • Training experience in BD enablement of multi-discipline global teams with tools (email, phone, and other forms of communication) to create a cohesive working environment for maximum results.

The base compensation range for this position in the United States is $200,000 - $280,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
