You Are**

UST is looking for BODS Architect. Build and manage relationship with all key stakeholders and decision makers within customer organization, including CXO level relationships and drive penetration in various domains/functions of the clients. **

The Opportunity**

  • Establish a strategic vision for the account. Work with Client Partner to build a roadmap for the next 3-5 years showing aspirational growth (revenue/profitability), engagement models, client perception and investments/resources needed
  • Create and manage Account Operating Plan in alignment with organizational and account goals.
  • Develop strong understanding of customer’s business needs and provide thought leadership to client on business domain/technology solutions. Leverage USTs products and service capabilities where required.
  • Lead and manage teams across various techno-functional streams within the account, ensuring employee engagement and productivity. Predict and manage attrition in critical roles
  • Take overall responsibility for account/service delivery outcomes, including finance and resource management. Work beyond account boundaries, managing internal stakeholders to meet the account goals of revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan, influencing IT strategy to the customer by proposing new or alternative solutions and balancing effectiveness and efficiency.

What You Need**

  • Skills: SAP, various SAP instances globally, APIs, SAP Ariba Integrations OFM or Cloud Integration is a Plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP Idocs, CXML Structure
  • Very good English Communication, IT Support Documentation, RCA, KB Article updates, Collaboration with Stakeholder (Business Teams, IT team etc) Tech.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote**

Compensation Range: $115,000-$173,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options. **
