Collection with key accounts from A to Z
Account management for selected accounts, support customer specific issues and exceptions
Support contract reviews and credit checks
Develop plans and actions with the business to execute the commercial strategy
Perform analysis on business performance, based on sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs to give recommendations to the pricing team
Provide business insights through market- and customer analysisSkills & Education
2 years plus experience with accounts receivable or Credit Control
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Dutch language is a plus
Process improvement experience
Customer driven and service oriented
Strong teamwork skills
Internationally focused and an awareness of different cultures
Strong organizational, prioritizing, analytical and judgement/decision making skillsOffer
Salary between 3000 and 3500 EURO a month, based on your experience
32/40 hours a week
