The Inforce Support team owns all non-financial transactions and requests and reporting. Some examples include running daily reports including but not limited to reject reports for the Specialty, Disbursements and Death Claims teams. The candidate will also be responsible for ordering items such as headsets and new computers as well as renewing licenses for systems such as AdobePro. Daily/weekly/monthly tasks include:
- Running reject reports for the Inforce support, Disbursement and Death Claims teams
- Providing daily AWD reports to upper management
- Completing and providing monthly reports for the Sr. Manager to provide to upper management
- Invoicing, processing, ordering supplies
- Creating weekly reports
- Assisting with other tasks such as processing fee payments for the Inforce Support team
- Overtime may be required at times to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
The base salary range for this position is $39,000 - $54,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:**
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Telephone-Based Customer Servicing: Knowledge of customer service delivered via telephone; ability to deal with handling customer inquiries and responses received by telephone.
