Job Title: Oracle HCM Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)
Job Type: 6-12+ month Contract

Job Description:

Develop a complete understanding of the Payroll & HR applications deployed across the enterprise.
Familiar with Oracle's quarterly release process. Must take ownership of the product readiness review, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM system upgrades, patches, and defect resolution.
Serve as SME in the change management process associated with cloud application release schedules.
Ability to improve and own Release Management.
Must be consistent and decisive.
Participate in ongoing vendor calls.
Ability to document complex technical concepts and communicate both verbally and in writing to a wide audience including business owners, vendors, and IT resources.
Ability to work with multiple levels of users to design, deploy, and support solutions according to user requirements. Manage customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
High attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
Able to work well with tight deadlines and schedules.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks working both independently and within a team.
Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities professionally, and follow through on assignments.
Other duties as assigned.
