Perform network lifecycle management. Design, implement, manage, configure, troubleshoot and support hundreds of critical network devices ( Palo Alto, PAN firewalls, F5 load balancers, Cisco wireless controller and access points, etc.) in a fast pace environment.
Recommends, tests, schedules, and implements upgrades (PAN-OS upgrades, patches).
Configures, installs, and replaces network infrastructure and security components.
Defining solutions for the client by, planning, preparation, deployment, implementation, monitoring, and documentation.
Responsible to plan and execute multiple projects related to infrastructure expansion, replacement, upgrades (HW/SW), etc.
Proactively monitor network performance, report/escalate as appropriate, and follow up on issues until resolution meeting internal SLA.
Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in Information Technology Networks
A current Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) Certification is Required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting/designing large enterprise networks
Experience with security devices such as Palo Alto Network is a MUST.
Experience with PAN infrastructure (Personal Area Network) is also required.
Must be open to working in PST Time zone(can be located anywhere in the US) and ability to be on call as needed
