ReKlame Health aims to remedy this problem by offering underserved populations the opportunity to work with a young, culturally diverse team of mental health clinicians dedicated to providing accessible and affordable treatment to BIPOC communities and other underrepresented groups.

You are adept at learning new technologies and using technology in your practice, as we are a tech-heavy start-up.
You are comfortable supporting clients who have comorbid substance use disorders.
You enjoy working in a collaborative work environment that values the support and mentorship of like-minded individuals.
You are dedicated and able to provide patient-centered psychiatric care
Can commit to 10-15 hours per week (we are open 7 days a week)
Provide high-quality psychiatric care to ReKlame Health clients
Conduct mental health assessments, which include a detailed recording of the complete medical and psychosocial history of each client
Develop and implement treatment plans, including the prescription of medications
Monitor and evaluate treatment results by following up with the client and supervisor to determine the effectiveness
Maintain interdisciplinary treatment by reviewing treatment plans and progress
Maintain patient records by documenting symptoms, medications, and treatment plans
Measure progress against each client’s plan and make adjustments as needed
Participate in coaching and development sessions with a supervising psychiatrist
Collaborate with a broader team of NPs, psychotherapists, and MDs to assess and adjust high-risk client’s treatment plans as needed
Provide client education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health
Remain abreast on the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices, medication, and treatment plans
Share key learnings and best practices with ReKlame Health
Support fellow clinicians in implementing best practices
Work from home: Evaluate and treat clients from the comfort of your own home through a telehealth video platform
Administrative support: You can focus on taking care of clients without worrying about the administrative burden.

Complete support from day one: weekly supervision if needed, biweekly peer case conference, unlimited asynchronous, synchronous access to your clinical mentor; access to our custom-built clinical content library, up-to-date access

Compensation: $110 per hour (commensurate with skills and experience)
Required Qualifications
A Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey without any restrictions
A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification
ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatry
