What are we looking for?**

For our specialized team, we are looking for a QA Automation Tester (Mobile), with the possibility of working 100% remotely from Spain. The QA Tester will contribute to a project(s) with one of our global customers. Our customer is a global leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking and saving accounts and is headquartered in Virginia, USA **

Key Responsibilities**

Join a team focused on mobile application development (Android, iOS)
Identify and document test cases for multi-component systems from requirements.
Coordinate and communicate with developers on bug fixes and required modifications.
Execute test cases and document software defects.
Take ownership of software defects from discovery through to closure
Analyse and contribute to decision-making on new features and developments
Follow up of defined quality control metrics
Design and develop automated tests
Innovate within your team and contribute within your technical domain

Minimum Requirements

Overall 3+ years of experience in Mobile Software Testing
Proficiency in testing Android and iOS apps with tools like Appium or Katalon
Solid Java programming skills
Experience in API Testing (Postman is a plus)
Experience in Performance Testing
Deep understanding of REST APIs
Experience in BDD with Cucumber using Gherkin language
Experience working in a Cloud-based environment
Experience integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins is a plus)
Experience working with Git repositories (GitHub is a plus)
Experience with Build Automation Tools like Maven or Gradle
Experience with Atlassian Suite, especially Jira with Xray
Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum, including its ceremonies
Basic understanding of design patterns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset

Additional Requirements

Experience with Docker is a plus
Experience with AWS is a plus
Experience with Ruby is a plus
Experience with Scala is a plus

Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score) **
