Our client, a global leader in the Digital Consulting & Professional Services industry, is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Director for their dynamic team!
In this role, your focus will be on building the team's international strategy for customer acquisition, conversion and engagement/retention (full-funnel marketing). Ideal candidates will have ten years of experience working in a B2B-focused environment (from top industries of the likes of tech/auto/retail/healthcare/etc.).
This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity that is fully remote (with EST working hours). **
Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the business's goals and enhances brand presence and consideration in North America.
- Translate and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned portfolio, specifically for the North American market, in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
- Build effective partnerships and drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, and developing, and implementing strategic solutions in response.
- Develop and execute highly targeted marketing strategies focused on specific key accounts, sectors, and industries. This involves creating personalized campaigns tailored to the needs and interests of high-value accounts.
- Work closely with sales and operations to align marketing and sales strategies, identify key accounts, understand their business needs, and ensure marketing efforts closely align with sales objectives.
- Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and tailored to the specific needs and interests of each account.
- Generate a steady stream of quality leads that can be converted into clients.
- Oversee the management and evolution of our brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Utilize data analytics to track marketing performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover trends, consumer requirements, and emerging opportunities. Leverage these insights to guide marketing strategies and influence innovation.
- Manage the marketing budget, focusing on strategic fund distribution for optimal results and return on investment.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 6 years specializing in account-based marketing, particularly in the B2B technology sector.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Skilled in creating customized marketing approaches for various accounts, audiences, industries, and sectors
- Expertise in a wide range of marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising technologies.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of marketing technologies, encompassing integration, data management, and IT infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and trends, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing industry-related events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Ability to effectively manage and allocate budget resources.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record in leading marketing or cross-functional teams in technology-driven marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effectively communicating complex ideas.
- Proficient in using data analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
