Senior Copywriter (Remote)

Compensation Range: $55.35 - 60.00 per hour

Our client's Marketplace Seller Education team is on the hunt for a talented Senior Copywriter to join their team!

As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for editing and producing written scripts and assets for the Seller Academy video series. Your primary objective will be to ensure that educational content is accurate, engaging, and informative. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of sellers while working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. **

Responsibilities:**

• Showcase your eLearning expertise and creativity.
• Work autonomously & self-manage and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
• Learn new digital tools and solutions.
• Showcase passion about instructional design and educational content.
• Work with cross-functional teams.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Compose video descriptions, keywords, and summaries for YouTube.
• Capture screenshots and visual references to inform our video production.
• Record basic screen captures of processes for use in video tutorials.
• Give and receive candid feedback during the review process.
• Continuously seek answers to ambiguous asks, find comfort working autonomously, and can quickly pivot direction based on changing business needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors
• 4+ years of experience in an eLearning or product marketing copywriting role.
• Experience in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.
• A robust portfolio showcasing marketing or educational writing for external audiences.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience working with project management software and tools (Asana Slack, JIRA, and Confluence).
• Experience writing help documentation and video scripts.
• Exceptional grammar, writing and editing skills.
• Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences using formal and informal tones.
• Experience working collaboratively with project stakeholders and designers.
• Experience with CMS (Contentstack, Salesforce) is preferred.
• Familiarity with the agile instructional design processes.
• Experience creating videos and presentations with Vyond.
• Experience with image editing tools (Photoshop and SnagIt).
