Job Description

At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager for our IVF portfolio. You will be part of a strong sales team in an exciting and strongly growing area. You will report directly to the Country manager of Germany. Your territory will be South-West Germany, covering approximately 50 IVF clinics. It’s a prerequisite that the candidate is located in the region between Frankfurt to Dortmund . All applicants must be eligible to work in Germany.

Position

In the position of Account Manager – IVF portfolio, you will be responsible for developing, growing and maintaining sales in this fast growing region. You have a solid sales track record and experience from a competitive market. You are strong at creating and establishing customer relations and networks and utilize this knowledge to grow your business. You use your analytical skills and systematic approach to secure the implementation of our strategy and defined account plans in the field. You will work together with teammates and the global marketing organization. The role as account manager is vital for the growth and strategy of CooperSurgical. **

Responsibilities**

  • Develop and establish market growth by increasing Market Share and Revenue
  • Secure Implementation and follow-up on the strategic plans of the company
  • Proactively execute on campaigns and promotions
  • Generate and execute on leads and pipelines to grow the portfolio

Qualifications

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in business administration or in life sciences or equivalent professional qualification
  • + 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, experience in the IVF market is a plus
  • Proven sales track record
  • Business acumen
  • Strategic, structured, and systematic approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Team player
  • High willingness to travel in the territory of responsibility
  • Proficient level in MS office
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
