Your missions

job Description:

Tu rads is looking for an experience accountant to monitor all financial data and prepare accurate statements and assist in audits and budget preparation.

Responsibilities:

1) maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

2) Preparing financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3) managing budgeting and forecasting activities.

4) assisting audits and ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.

5) Assisting with payroll and other HR-related tasks.

6) Providing support to other departments within the company as needed.

7) Handle payroll, make purchase, prepare invoices and keep track of overdue accounts.

8) Produce reports, reflecting profit and loss statements, financial statements and balance sheets

9) Keep management formed and up to date through presentations and reports.

10) Remain vigilant against fraud and inaccuracy by checking over figures and reports frequently

11( Collaborating with other departments within the company to analyze and interpret financial data to support decision making processes.

Recommending and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience Required

To be considered for this role, here is what we're looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  3. Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Work with bookkeeping software aka Quickbooks to manage day to day accounts receivable and accounts payable
  8. Knowledge of IFRS gap and GST.
