Business Specialist (Insurance)

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a knowledgeable Business Specialist to join our client, a leading insurance company, in creating and implementing member benefit booklets and employer group contracts. This is a temporary, remote opportunity based in the Philadelphia, PA area starting at $25.17/hour.

Responsibilities of the Business Specialist (Insurance) Include: - Create member benefit booklets and employer group contracts utilizing standardized templates in compliance with federal and state regulations and in accordance with benefit plan designs. - Ensure the accuracy of content related to Medical, RX, Dental, and Vision coverage offerings. - Review documents for inaccuracies; validate any changes with team members, as required. - Participate in ad-hoc projects to support departmental goals, as assigned.

Requirements of the Business Specialist (Insurance): - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communications or Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years of work experience with benefit products preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. - Ability to interact with all levels of management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. - Access to a personal computer or laptop for position duties.
