This new opportunity will drive both print and digital product sales for our Higher Education customers situated across North Italy, mainly Milan. **

How can you make an impact?**

Our new Academic Sales Consultant will create opportunities to introduce our digital content, software, and services, to Higher Education establishments, working in partnership with new and existing customers to identify and implement tailored solutions. You will successfully achieve assigned revenue targets by closing deals and engaging all with all necessary stakeholders through the sales cycle. **

What can you expect from this position?**

Proactively contacting existing and potentially new customers via phone, virtual meeting tools, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Be the point of contact and relationship manager for our customers and foster these relationships with a diverse group of decision makers; individual academics, department heads, heads of e-learning, etc.
The go-to-person for our customers on technical and support issues, problem solving and training requirements.
Research, analyse and apply market and competitor information to successfully market products and support product development.
Manager relationships with our sales partners, including book stores and distributors.

You are fluent in Italian and English.
