Technical Business Analyst at HawodTech Solutions, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with different stakeholders to develop the requirements
• Be a partner to the business stakeholders and understand underlying benefits delivered and drivers for the requirements to be delivered by technology teams
• Lead workshops to describe application functionality and the ability to support current business functions and processes, determine functional gaps, propose workarounds, and identify potential areas of development.
• Creating and maintaining low level requirement documentation.
• Deriving Functional and Non-Functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria from the high-level requirements
• Work as part of a cross functional project team from requirements definition through to delivery

Skills/Experience:

• Over 3 years of experience in Business Analysis in the technology industry
• Understanding of agile process, web development concepts, and digital transformation programs with geographically distributed teams
• Good understanding of digital web product life cycle
• Exposure to rules, compliance, and risk protocols required by the web technology industry
• Experience with the Media Industry is a plus
• Experience in using JIRA, Confluence
• Should have excellent inter-personal skills to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) issues in a clear and timely manner to build trusting partnership with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders
