Work in close collaboration with different stakeholders to develop the requirements
Be a partner to the business stakeholders and understand underlying benefits delivered and drivers for the requirements to be delivered by technology teams
Lead workshops to describe application functionality and the ability to support current business functions and processes, determine functional gaps, propose workarounds, and identify potential areas of development.
Creating and maintaining low level requirement documentation.
Deriving Functional and Non-Functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria from the high-level requirements
Work as part of a cross functional project team from requirements definition through to delivery
Skills/Experience:
Over 3 years of experience in Business Analysis in the technology industry
Understanding of agile process, web development concepts, and digital transformation programs with geographically distributed teams
Good understanding of digital web product life cycle
Exposure to rules, compliance, and risk protocols required by the web technology industry
Experience with the Media Industry is a plus
Experience in using JIRA, Confluence
Should have excellent inter-personal skills to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders
Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) issues in a clear and timely manner to build trusting partnership with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders
