Windstream Enterprise has an immediate need for a Client Development Manager interested in working alongside fellow WE employees in building a foundation for our customers' success.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Windstream Enterprise Client Development Manager , you will: - Proactively reach out to a base of established Windstream Enterprise clients to build and maintain relationships while enhancing our customer's businesses with our cutting-edge technology solutions. - Develop and foster relationships with decision makers and/or IT vendors with the goal of becoming the go-to resource for communications solutions. - Work with Sales partner to upsell communication solutions to decision makers within a designated customer base. - Leverage your expertise in a consultative sales approach as you design a customized communication solution for your clients. - Develop proposals and negotiate pricing within company margins. - Manage and maintain a pipeline to meet or exceed monthly renewal and conversion goals and initiatives. - Adhere to quality standards, including efficiency, customer feedback, and knowledge-based metrics. - Record all activities, transactions, and communications with customers. - Understand the latest products, processes, and promotions to provide the right solution to our clients. - Make outbound calls to identify and engage decision-makers and close sales. - Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Support teams to determine appropriate solutions to meet client needs. - Close sales and track orders through to service delivery to provide a best-in-class customer experience. - Participate in Windstream Enterprise culture to build a positive, motivated, sales team!

Qualifications - ExternalCollege degree or equivalent and 2-5 years professional level job related experience (inside or direct sales experience); or 6+ years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
