Location: Remote - US. Candidates MUST reside in and be licensed in the state of California to be considered.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our CA State team at Real Broker, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for Real Estate contract review to meet state requirements and other compliance tasks that are deemed necessary. This role requires a CA Sales Agent/Broker license, thorough understanding of CA real estate contracts, and keen attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
Effectively and promptly communicates with agents regarding deficiencies in documents and providing explanation and assistance.
Work with the CA Broker team by supporting efforts to ensure compliance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience with transaction management systems, such as Skyslope, is a must.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment.
Must be willing to be licensed with Real Broker, not another brokerage.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
2+ years of CA real estate experience.
1+ years of experience in CA contract review.
