  • SAP Delivery Management from Start Green to Stay Green.
  • SAP Delivery Led Growth - Work with VBU Delivery Teams and cross sell for new SAP Opportunities.
  • Program Governance and Recovery Plan for Escalated Accounts
  • SAP Competency management ( SAP Certification , Cross Skilling , SAP Project and Program Management )
  • SAP HBU delivery reviews along with VBU delivery teams.
  • SAP Talent Supply Chain ( Open demand fulfilment , bench management and nett adds )
  • Work with SAP Solution Teams for developing accelerators and offerings ( Implementation , Rollout , Migration to Cloud , SAP Dev Ops )
