Job Overview**

Position Schedule: Full-Time

As a member of the Mutual Fund Oversight team, this role has accounting, financial & regulatory reporting and broad oversight responsibilities of the Firms two mutual fund trusts and their related investment adviser. This highly visible position plays an integral role in the day to day oversight of 3rd party service providers, financial statement analysis & review, expense processing and the continued development/enhancement of internal control policies, procedures and documentation. **

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $59886

Hiring Maximum: $98752 **

Skills/Requirements**

  • Review for accuracy and completeness, mutual fund related financial and regulatory reports & filings (Tailored Shareholder Report, SEC Forms: N-MFP,N-CEN, N-CSR, 24f-2, etc.).
  • Analyze and review for accuracy and completeness expense budgets for the mutual funds.
  • Review and approval of mutual fund and adviser expense payments.
  • Reconcile and review general ledger entries for the adviser and prepare monthly financial reporting package for the adviser.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships and partnerships with key business owners and stakeholders throughout the division, firm and 3rd party service providers.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects (addressing new financial and regulatory reporting requirements mandated by the SEC, Adviser business objectives, Finance business objectives, etc.)
  • Proactively develops self, demonstrating progress against the "what" and "how".
  • Ability to analyze information and use experience and good judgement to make routine decisions in a timely manner.
  • 3-5 years of relevant mutual fund industry experience is required.

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. **
