Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

• Work independently to process payments received via check, credit card, wire and ACH in a timely and accurate manner
• Access bank portals to obtain daily electronic payments and apply to customer accounts
• Maintain daily files of all bank lockbox cash receipts wire transmissions and payment registers for audit review
• Provide daily bank deposit reports as needed
• Participate in projects and/or perform other duties as necessary and directed by Manager

Additional Skills & Qualifications**

• 1-2+ yrs in AR (cash application, payment posting, aging report, payment processing)
• Excel-VLOOKUP PivotTables
• Soft skills and personality are huge
• tech savvy, analytical
