[Salary Range] 8 - 10 million JPY yearly (annual salary package, bonus/ incentive inclusive) 

[Work Location] Remote work option available. Able to go on business trips (on a demand base, most likely in Tochigi prefecture, Haga area, at client location).  Subject to change depending on the situation. Walk-in distance from the nearest station. Car commutation can be discussed 

[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with 1 hour break, it may shift slightly)

[Eligibility] Relevant work experience, bilingual (conversational/ business level of English, and fluent/ native level of Japanese is required). Eligible to work in Japan full time as an engineer at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:

Lead and guide software development projects based on demands from customer Requirement analysis and documentation

10+ years experience in Software Development and Support Service 

Proficient in coding with Java, JavaScript, C++, and other languages 

Experiences in the development and deployment /usage of MicroService with Docker, and Kubernetes 

Working experience integration/deployment with Jenkins, GitLab 

Working experience API description and documentation with Swagger 

Working experience with JASON, XML 

Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability with tools such as Redmine

Basic Business software including MS Office and documentation skills for specification and manual 

Ability to build good relationships with customer 

Fluent in Japanese (Native level or JLPT N2 or above)

Preferred experience:

Experience in Electrical Engineering 

Development tools, such as PREEvision 

Development experience in software for Automotive components 

Knowledge of PLM software such as Aras Innovator 

Knowledge and/or experience in security software 

Basic knowledge of software support service 

Good English Communication skills with presentation software
