Our client is a global consulting company with its headquarters in Singapore and several branches in Asia. Their main services include providing accounting and company secretarial services to Japanese companies. As their business is growing, they are looking to hire an additional consultant. They offer a fully remote working environment, a 5-day workweek, and flexible working hours.

Job description
:

This role involves all-rounded duties and is divided into 3 sections:

1) Acting as a personal assistant to the General Manager
2) Assisting with accounting duties such as bookkeeping, issuing invoices and quotations, bank reconciliation, etc.
3) Assisting with company secretarial duties

After on-the-job training, the work will be fully remote.

Requirements
:

- At least 2 years of related work experience in basic accounting
- N3 level or above in Japanese
- Conversational level in English and Japanese
- Native level in Cantonese
