Change Manager – Legal Innovation

£Excellent Salary – Hybrid working - London, UK

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an innovative driver of change to define service strategies and roadmaps as well as managing product lifecycles of Data Insights and low code / no code platform delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

The role will deliver and oversee development, testing and running of client facing solutions, from inception of an idea through to go live and beyond.

Shape stakeholders’ ideas for client facing solutions, through Practice & SIG’s
Facilitating idea sessions utilising Design Thinking techniques
Leading client engagement to catalyse co-creation with clients
Increase awareness in Change products generating use cases for development
Gather / interpret requirements and capabilities for new solutions
Managing team members to understand the parameters for new dashboards and support fee-earners to execute ideas
Managing the product lifecycle from requirements, through to developing dashboards and solutions, testing, and ensuring go to market readiness
Running beta and pilot test cases as part of the product development lifecycle
Create pricing strategies and pricing package options for client facing solutions
