Summary
As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design,
development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor
business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Essential Functions
Problem Solving & Solution Development
● Defining client’s problem, structuring and prioritizing issues based on business objectives
● Data driven analyses of the problem, solution development using data modelling,
industry benchmarking and quantitative techniques
● Present findings and suggestions to influence key stakeholders with ample justification and practical advice Project management and delivery
● Managing projects and progress, including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
● Working side by side with the client’s teams on each engagement, helping tackle key challenges and ensure alignment in overall project delivery
● Identifying implementation challenges and developing practical recommendations for each customer context
Client Account Management
● Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
● Becoming a trusted client counsellor by understanding specific client needs

Position Description
Supervisory Responsibility
This position is directly responsible for leading implementation teams and indirectly
responsible for all employees within the team.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position requires frequent travel, more than 50%. Most travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel is international.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition,
Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
• Entrepreneurial and creative with a strong interest in delivering impact to clients
• Superb communications skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to people at all levels
