About Our Client

Our Client is  one of Asia's largest customer communication platforms. They are on a mission to move enterprise customer communication to the cloud. They work with some of the most innovative companies such as Ola, Swiggy, Zerodha, Whitehat Jr, Practo, Flipkart, GoJek, etc. 

About the Role

The Account-Based Marketing team works on enabling enterprises to move to the cloud for their cloud telephony adoption across Company’s overseas target market. They focus on largest and fastest-growing organizations across multiple verticals including e-commerce, Logistics, BFSI, Automobiles, and Consumer Durables. The ABM associate will plan and execute marketing campaigns to bring onboard named accounts. This individual will work closely with other marketing functions and the sales team to make this happen.

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for planning and executing awareness and customer acquisition campaigns for named accounts in the international markets
  • You will work on creating a pipeline of MQLs for the enterprise sales team
  • You will work on market research to develop a deep understanding of the communication challenges in every vertical and geography to help:
  • Design customized messaging based on industry trends
  • Identify and pitch new use-cases
  • Create impactful outreaches targeting key profiles to generate leads
  • Study the competition landscape
  • Identify decision-makers within each named account
  • Manage a potential customer through the entire process and ensure a smooth sales handover
  • You will track, record and analyze metrics to design and implement high-quality campaigns through better targeting, relevant content and personalized communication
  • You will be responsible for efficiently managing the entire lead life-cycle starting from a well-planned outreach to demonstrating product capabilities over a demo and a smooth sales handover
  • You will work on a thorough understanding of the product and be Company’s solution expert
  • You will be Company's brand and solutions evangelist and be actively involved in events, workshops, etc. to educate the relevant stakeholders about cloud telephony
  • You will also participate in or curate events that will help us generate leads from named accounts
What they are looking for?

  • We are looking for someone based in southeast Asia. Ideally, someone based in Malaysia or Indonesia.
  • Individuals with a bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing for enterprise software companies or similar experience marketing SaaS products
  • Experience with on-prem and cloud-based communication platforms would be an added benefit (Contact centre software)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication (email content, prospecting calls, etc)
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Good interpersonal skills to work, succeed and have fun in a highly competitive team
  • A candidate who is self-directed and resourceful and has strong work ethics
