Your missions

Position: Lead Generation Specialist 

Key Functions:

  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM Demonstrated expertise in using Zoho CRM to its fullest potential.
  • Customer Outreach Initiate communication with potential and existing clients, including sending ad deadline reminders, updates, and relevant marketing materials.
  • Ad Coordination/Ad Trafficking Organize and manage ad materials in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate client categorization.
  • Marketing Material Distribution Utilize Zoho CRM to send marketing materials to prospects, tailoring communications to their needs.
  • Customer Information Management Update customer information and maintain detailed notes in Zoho CRM to ensure effective follow-ups.
  • Outbound Call Efforts Utilize Zoho CRM for outbound calls to nurture leads and establish client relationships.
  • Lead Generation Play a key role in identifying and generating leads to expand our client base.
  • Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks Assist the team with various administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Zoho CRM, with an in-depth understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in lead generation and customer outreach preferred.
    

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage Zoho CRM to coordinate, communicate, and nurture client relationships.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to potential and current clients through various communication channels.
  • Organize and categorize ad materials in Zoho CRM to streamline the ad coordination process.
  • Distribute marketing materials and updates to prospects, tailoring messages to their interests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and interaction notes in Zoho CRM.
  • Engage in outbound calls to foster relationships and discover new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential leads and contribute to the growth of our client base.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
