Role Description:

As a Cruise Coordinator, you will be responsible for connecting with clients who are looking to embark on a cruise adventure. You'll utilize your expertise in the travel industry to recommend and customize cruise packages that align with clients' preferences, interests, and budgets. Your main tasks will include:

- Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their cruise vacation desires.

- Researching and presenting various cruise options, destinations, and itineraries that cater to clients' needs.

- Collaborating with cruise lines, suppliers, and partners to negotiate the best deals and value-added perks for clients.

- Assisting clients in making informed decisions by providing detailed information about cruise amenities, activities, and onboard services.

- Managing the booking process, including reservations, payments, and documentation.

- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the pre- and post-cruise phases to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably with expertise in cruise vacation planning.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude, comfortable working on a commission-only basis.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to create memorable travel experiences.

- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay organized.

- Proficiency with computers.

- Must reside in the U.S.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
